粟米鹹魚肉餅
Ingredients
免治豬肉12兩
梅香鹹魚2兩(去骨搓碎)
雞蛋1個(拌勻)
蔥粒1湯匙
薑茸1茶匙
新鮮粟米一條
喼汁1小碟
Seasoning
生抽1/3湯匙
粟米粉1湯匙
Marinade
Cooking Method
1.
免治豬肉加入梅香鹹魚肉、蛋漿、薑茸、蔥粒、粟米粒調味料攪勻，搓成肉餅。鹹魚肉餅放滾油內，炸約5分鐘至全熟，盛起肉餅隔油，上碟， 伴以喼汁供食。
