清蒸石斑魚
Ingredients
石斑魚1條(16兩)
薑、蔥粒各適量
Seasoning
生抽、老抽各1茶匙
Marinade
糖、粟粉各半茶匙
生抽1茶匙
Cooking Method
1.
石斑魚劏好，洗淨，抹乾水份，燒滾半鍋清水，放入石斑魚，隔水大火蒸8分鐘，蒸熟後隔去汁液，下蔥粒，淋上調味料，趁熱供吃。
2.
清蒸一定要新鮮，魚眼晶瑩通透，魚鱗完整無缺而且有光澤。
