Stir Fried Prawns with Lily Bulbs and Celery |

Ingredients

255g celery | 1 fresh lily bulb | 6 slices carrot | 113g shelled prawns | 4 slices garlic | |

Seasoning
|
|
1/2 tsp salt | | Thickening Glaze: | 3 tbsps water | 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder | 1/4 tsp salt, sesame oil | 1/2 tsp caltrop starch (mixed well) | |

Marinade
|
|
1/8 tsp salt | ground white pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Devein prawns. Rinse and wipe dry. Mix with marinade and leave them for 5 minutes. | 2. | Tear the tough veins off the celery. Cut into strips at an angle. Stir fry celery with hot oil and seasoning until done. Set aside. | 3. | Break lily bulb into scales. Rinse in cold drinking water. Set aside. | 4. | Heat oil and stir-fry sliced garlic until fragrant. Put in prawns and stir fry until done. Add celery, carrot and thickening glaze. Put in lili bulb at last. Stir well and serve. |
