| 1. | Brush Chicken Wings with salt and rinse  | 
2. | Marinade chicken wings for 1-2 hours  | | 3. | Peel Ginger and onion and cut into slices. Cut Spring Onions. Flatten Garlics, seed the chili and slice.  | 
4. | Heat 3 tbsp of oil, sautee onions and ginger, add in chicken wing, add in dash of cooking wine. Cover and cooked in medium heat for 15-20 minutes, add in seasonings, cook until chicken wings are cooked. |
