| 150g Konjac | 50 g Turnip | | 1 tbsp garlic | |

| Sauce Ingredient | 3 tbsp of Japanese BBQ Sauce | | 1 tbsp of sugar | 150ml stock | | 1 tbsp mirin | |

Cooking Method

| 1. | Cut konjac into long stripes, put in boiling water with some vinegar and let it boil for 3 minutes, drain with cold water. | 2. | Peel turnip, rinse and chop into pieces. Poach in water and remove. | | 3. | Heat some oil and sauté garlic, add in konjac and turnip, stir-fry and add in sauce ingredients cook until sauce dries up. Serve. |
