8 pcs Chicken thighs | 2 oz Butter | 250 ml Chicken stock | |

1 tsp salt | 1 Small pieces of ginger | 4 pcs Garlic | 1/2 pcs Onion | 1 tsp cornstarch | 1/2 tsp ground cumin | 2 tsp ground black pepper | 1 tsp cayenne pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Clean & dry chicken thighs & cut into pieces. | 2. | Mix all seasoning, put into blender to liquidize & marinate chicken for 2 hours. | 3. | Melt butter in pan & fry chicken until golden brown. Cover & cook over low heat for 15 minutes. | 4. | Remove chicken & place on plate. Pour in marinade, Stir in chicken stock & simmer until sauce thickens. Pour over chicken and serve hot |
