Cabbage Rolls with Shrimp and Red Rice |

Ingredients

1 bowl cooked red grain rice | 150g shelled shrimp | some cabbage | 1/2 cup shredded black mushroom |

Seasoning
|
|
1 tbsp oyster sauce | 1/2 cup stock | 1 tsp corn starch | 1 tsp sesame oil |
|

 |

 |
Marinade
|
|
1 tsp chicken powder | 1 tsp corn starch | 1 tsp sesame oil | some pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse the shrimp and absorb the water. Then, marinate. Poach in water and set aside. | 2. | Cut the hard part of the cabbage. Poach in water. Poach the black mushroom. Drain and remove. | 3. | Place 1 tbsp red rice, some shrimps and black mushroom on top of the cabbage. Then, roll. Repeat the procedure. Then, place all the cabbage rolls onto the plate and steam for 5 minutes. | 4. | Cook the seasonings and thicken it with corn starch. Pour the sauce onto the cabbage rolls and ready to serve. |
