50 g diced button mushroom | 60 g crab meat | 200 g angel hair | 50 ml chicken broth | 10 ml olive oil | 10 g garlic | 30 g ml white wine | 20 g diced onion | 80 ml cream | 30 g Dijon mustard | 5 g julienne chili | Some Salt | Some Pepper | |

Cooking Method

1. | Cook button mushroom, onion, crab meat, Dijon mustard and cream together then set aside. | 2. | Boiled the angel hair for 5 minutes, remove and drain. | 3. | Heat the pan, than put olive oil, garlic, chili and white wine to fry half minutes. | 4. | Put the chicken broth, angel hair to fry half minutes, then add in (3) ingredients. | 5. | Put the angel hair into the plate and topped with the sauce. Then put into the oven 180oc for 8 minutes until golden brown. |
