Cooking Method

| 1. | Wash and rinse cuttlefish; finely slice the shallot; mix well the seasonings. | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil to sauté shallots, add in cuttlefish and seasonings and cook for 2 minutes and serve. |
