Cooking Method

| 1. | Rinse lean pork and minced; Soak squid in water until soft, cut into pieces | 2. | Peel Ma Tai and minced. | | 3. | Put all ingredients including marinade in a steam plate, set aside in fridge for 30 minutes. | 4. | Steam for 10-15 minutes and serve. |
