Cooking Method

| 1. | Preheat the oven to 180oc. Dip each scallop into egg white then coat with sesame. Bake the coated scallops for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked. | 2. | Combine balsamic vinegar, honey and black pepper in a sauce-pot, Simmer and reduce until it reaches a syrup-like. Serve with scallops |
