1. | Mix the smoked water with fresh thyme. Pour it onto the rib and cover with wrap for 2 hours. |
2. | Mix the gravy ingredients and cook in low heat for 1/2 hour. Place some wooden dices onto the foil(to stab hole) and put into the oven. | 3. | Grill the rib until 50% done. Brush on the gravy and grill for another 10 minutes. Ready to serve. |
