Ingredients

| 3 pcs of firm tofu | 4 pcs of crab sticks | | 1 pack of hon-shimeji mushroom | |

| 250 ml Chicken Broth | 2 tbsp liquid seasoning | | 1 tbsp sugar | 1/2 tsp ginger juice | | 1/4 tsp salt | Some Wine |

Cooking Method

| 1. | Dry Tofu and coat with some cornstarch. Fry tofu until crispy and put into bowl. | 2. | Boil seasonings and add in mushrooms and crab sticks, remove from heat and pour on top of tofu. Serve. |
