Ingredients
 
20 pcs of shelled shrimps 1/2 pack of mushrooms
300 grams of rice noodle 1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 loin of BBQ Pork
Some bean sprout Some chive Blossom
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp curry sauce 2 tsp Chicken Powder
1 tsp Liquid Seasoning 1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Sectioned the chive blossoms, remove the root of mushrooms and bean sprouts, shred BBQ Pork; Boil water and add in 1 tsp of Chicken Powder, blanch shrimps, chive blossoms and mushrooms.
2.Cook rice noodle in boiling water, drain and cool down with cold water
3.Sautee ginger, garlic and bean sprouts, add in shrimps, chive blossoms, BBQ pork and mushroom, stir-fry to mix well.
4.Add in rice noodles and seasonings, mix well and serve.
