Cooking Method

| 1. | Wash eggplant with salt, peeled and cut into pieces, mix with 2 tbsp of flour | 2. | Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add in ginger mash, garlic and miso sauce until become thick, add in eggplant and cooked until soft. | | 3. | Mix with seasonings. Serve. |
