Ingredients
 
Chicken wings [middle joint] 450 g [1 lb]Corn starch 1/2 cup for dusting
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce 2 tbspSugar 1 tsp
Egg 1/2 [beaten] 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Marinate chicken wings for 30 minutes.
2.Dust chicken wings lightly with corn starch.
3.Pan-fry chicken wings in oil until golden yellow and done.
