Ingredients
 
240g Frogs1 tbsp diced water chestnut
1 tbsp diced stalk celery 1 tbsp diced carrot
1 tbsp ginger slices 1 tbsp minced garlic
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 tsp sugar1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp oyster sauce1 tsp bean sauce
Some Wine Some Stock
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut Frog into pieces and wash, pat with some cornflour and fry in wok until golden brown
2.Sautee Ginger and Garlic in some oil, add in Water Chestnut, Celery and Carrots, Mix Well
3.Add in Frogs and stir-fry, add in all seasonings, cook until sauce thickens. Serve Hot.
