Ingredients
 
3/2 piece beancurd80g Minced pork
1 tsp chopped garlic1/2 tbsp Sichuan chilli sauce
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp chilli oilA dash of sesame oil
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp light soy sauceSome cornflour
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Marinate minced Pork with marinade, Wipe dry beancurd and cut into dices.
2.Heat some oil & saute chopped garlic. Add in the minced pork & saute briefly. Add in Sichuan chilli sauce & cook over mild heat thoroughly.
3.Add in beancurd dices & seasonings. Mix Well and Serve.
