Ingredients
 
250 grams of Cuttlefish meat 100 grams of fatty pork
 

Seasoning
 
1/4 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp of sesame oil
1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp of egg white
1/2 tsp of Shiao Xing Wine 1 tbsp of Starch
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cook the fatty pork in boiling water and diced
2.Minced the cuttlefish meat and blend with blender until becomes tender, add in all seasonings and mix well until it sticky.
3.Mix well the cuttlefish meat and fatty pork meat, and roll with hands until it becomes a Cuttlefish ball, deep fry and serve with Mayonaise.
