| 1 pc Egg | 120g Butter | | 120g Sugar | 240g baking powder |

Cooking Method

| |
| 1. | Sieve baking powder. Beat the egg. | | 2. | Melt butter mix with flour. Add in beaten egg and sugar to form dough. | | 3. | Roll the dough to a long strip, wrap with cling warp and chill for 30 mins. | | 4. | Take out the dough. Use a spoon to form cookie and place on a baking plate that is wiped with some oil. Put in a preheat oven & bake for 15-20 mins over 180oC. |
