Cooking Method

| 1. | Diced garlic and red chili; slice cucumber; boil all sauce ingredients, remove from heat and cool down | 2. | Boil broth, turn off heat, add in chicken, cover up and let it bake for 20 minutes, drain out, remove skin and shred chicken meat after cool down. | | 3. | Soak rice paper in cold water, wipe off excess water and put on plate, add in all other ingredients on top, pour in sauce on top to serve. |
