Ingredients
 
2pc Skinned chicken breast 
 

Seasoning
 
1pc sliced ginger 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/2 tsp Salt 
 

Marinade
 
Sauce:2pc minced garlic
1 tbsp light soy1 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp Chinkiang spice vinegar1/2 tsp Kwai Lin Chili Paste
1/2 tsp of sugar 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Mix the sauce and set aside.
2.Mix the seasonings with the chicken, allow to steam over boiling water for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into julienne.
3.Pour the sauce over the chicken to serve
