Ingredients
 
1pc whole chicken 1/3 cup preserved red beancurd sauce
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp Zhejiang vinegar 1 tbsp malt sugar
1/4 cup Shaoxing wine 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the chicken and absorb the water. Pour hot water onto the chicken.
2.Brush the inside of chicken with preserved red beancurd sauce. And brush on the colourings onto the skin. Let it dry for 8 hours.
3.Heat the oil and keep pour the oil onto the chicken until the skin turn golden brown and done. Chop into pieces and ready to serve.
