| 1 pc mango | 1 slice pomelo | | some Chiu Chau crystal jelly | 2 tbsp sugar | | 120 ml water | 20 ml cream |

Cooking Method

| 1. | Remove the mango meat. Remove the pomelo meat. Fringe all ingredients. | 2. | Boll the sugar with water. Cool down. Blend 50g mango meat with sugar water and fringe. | | 3. | Put in mango meat, pomelo and Chiu Chau crystal jelly into the mango juice. Ready to serve. |
