1 pc mango | 5 pcs prawn | 2 pcs red currants | 6 pcs blueberry |

Seasoning
|

Sauce: | 3 tbsp plain yogurt | 1 tbsp condensed milk | some lemon juice |

Marinade

Cooking Method
|

1. | Rinse the prawn and poach. Remove the shell, cool down and again. | 2. | Remove the mango meat and cut into pieces. Rinse the blueberry and red currants and drain. Mix all the above ingredients with prawns. | 3. | Mix the sauce and pour onto the prawns and ready to serve. |
