Cooking Method

| 1. | Poach bamboo, scallops and shrimps. Drain and Set aside | 2. | Poach Wheat noddles, Cool down noodles with ice water and drain. | | 3. | Heat some olive oil to sautee ginger, add in scallop, shrimp, bamboo shoots and seasonings. Add in wheat noodles. Fry until sauce become dry. |
