Ingredients
 
240 g Wheat Noodle 80 g scallops
80 g shrimp Some bamboo shoots
Some minced ginger 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp of soy sauce 1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
2 tbsp of stock 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Poach bamboo, scallops and shrimps. Drain and Set aside
2.Poach Wheat noddles, Cool down noodles with ice water and drain.
3.Heat some olive oil to sautee ginger, add in scallop, shrimp, bamboo shoots and seasonings. Add in wheat noodles. Fry until sauce become dry.
