12 pcs of clams | 100 gr of Angel Hair Pasta | 15 pcs of garlic slices | 1 tbsp of garlic paste | some dried pepper | some white wine | some olive oil | |

Cooking Method

1. | Poach angel hair pasta for 2 minutes with water, salt and some olive oil. Drain and mix well with olive oil. | 2. | Pan-fry garlic slices with olive oil, add in garlic paste and dried pepper | 3. | Add in clams and white wine, cooked until clams done. Put clams in plate. Cook angel hair pasta in clam sauce. Place on top of clams to serve. |
