| 1 can cream style sweet corn | 1 pc Potato | | 1 slice Ham steak | 2 cups Skim milk |

Cooking Method

| 1. | Peel the potato and chop it up. Cover with wrap and heat on high power for 2 minutes. Allow to cool and set aside. | 2. | Dice up the ham and stir well with sweet corn, potato and milk in a large mixing bowl. Slightly cover with wrap and heat on medium high power for 6 to 8 minutes. Season to taste and serve. |
