Ingredients
 
300g Shanghai Bok Choy 1pc egg
3 tbsp plain flour 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp chicken powder A dash pepper
Some Sesame Oil 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Wash and cook the bok choy in boiling water until slightly soft, drain and rinse to cool. Squeeze to dry & chop up.
2.Beat the egg and seasonings until well mixed. Stir in the flour to form a batter. Then add the chopped bok choy.
3.Lightly grease a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Pour in the batter and fry until each side get golden brown. Cut the bok choi into sizes and serve.
