Ingredients
 
Ingredients: Some lettuce
50 g shredded coconut, toasted50 g roasted almonds and roughly chopped
40 g ginger roots, diced40 limes, diced with skin
10 g chopped chilli100 g diced shallots
 

Seasoning
 
Sauce:1/2cup honey
190ml water1/4 cup almonds, roasted
1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.To make the sauce, add all ingredients together in a heavy-based saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Skim as necessary. Remove from the heat and allow to cool, Pulse blend to a smooth sauce.
2.Arrange all the ingredients on a plate. To eat, make a small cup from a leaf and place some ingredients on top. Top with the sauce.
