Ingredients
 
1 cup Peanut Oil250g fresh shelled shrimp
10 pcs rice cake 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp chicken powder1 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp egg whitesome sesame oil
some pepper 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Remove the intestine of the shrimp and rinse. Press the shrimp with the knife to make shrimp paste. Add in seasonings and fridge.
2.Take 1 tbsp shrimp paste and place on top of the rice cake. Heat 1 cup Peanut oil. Deep-fry the rice cake until done.
