Cara Memasak

| 1. | Cuci watercress dan garam, potong potong | 2. | Daging babi lalau rebus sesaat, tiriskan | | 3. | Panaskan air, campur daging babi dan jahe. Seselah mendidih, masukkan water cress dan kumar merah, panaskan dng api decil kurang selama 30 menit dan 1 jam. Campur garam bumbui. |
