Ingredients
4 pcs chicken breast
2 tbsps maple syrup
4 tbsps oats
4 tbsps breadcrumb
1 1/2 tbsp miso
20g melted butter
Seasoning
Marinade
2 tbsps miso
2 tsp mirin
2 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp pepper
Cooking Method
1.
Marinade the chicken for about 30 mins. Preheat the oven to 190oC for 15 mins.

Combine well the maple syrup, breadcrumb, miso and butter.
3.
Heat oil. Pan-fry the chicken. Cover the chicken with the crust. Bake for about 15 mins until done.
